A note from the founder — September 2026

The engine was never built.

Most of the strategy decks I read are right. That's the uncomfortable part. The thinking was done, the market was real, the board signed it off — and eighteen months later the number hasn't moved.

That's not a strategy problem. Nobody defined the offer tightly enough to sell it twice. Nobody built the list, the sequence, the pricing logic, the handover from founder to team. The work that looks beneath strategy is the work that compounds.

I've founded and exited businesses, and the pattern holds everywhere: the gap is almost never knowing what to do. It's building the thing that does it.
